Nudora — Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Telegram identity: your Telegram user id, first name, username (optional). Provided by Telegram on /start.
• Uploads: images and audio you send to the bot for generation. Stored in encrypted object storage.
• Generation history: mode, prompt, timestamp, result URL. Used to power your gallery and improve the Service.
• Payment metadata: Telegram charge IDs and Stars amounts. No card data is ever seen by us — Telegram handles that.

How we use it

• To deliver the generation you requested.
• To bill you correctly and prevent fraud.
• To improve safety filters (aggregated, anonymized).
• Liked (👍) results may be used to improve generation quality — see "Retention" below.

What we do NOT do

• We do NOT sell your data.
• We do NOT share individual images with third parties, except trusted infrastructure providers strictly required to deliver the Service (Telegram plus processing for prompt enhancement, voice synthesis and GPU inference).
• We do NOT use your data for advertising.

Retention

• Uploads and generated results are stored for 30 days by default, then auto-deleted.
• Liked (👍) generations may be retained longer and included in an anonymized training dataset. Opt-out: unlike the result before 30 days pass.
• Account metadata (Telegram id, balance, transactions) is retained as long as your account is active.

Your rights

• Delete a result: tap 👎 or delete from the Mini App gallery.
• Delete account: message @NudoraAIbot with /delete — all your data will be purged within 7 days.
• Data export: contact us via the bot for a copy of your data.

Third parties

We use trusted infrastructure for chat, payments, media storage and generation. Telegram powers chat, payments and the Mini App. Each provider processes only the minimum data necessary.

Security

All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Backend runs in isolated Docker containers. Object storage is private with short-lived signed URLs. We do our best but cannot guarantee absolute security.
