1 Acceptance
By using the Nudora Telegram bot or Mini App (the "Service"), you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 Age restriction
The Service produces adult-oriented content. It is strictly for users aged 18+. Minors are prohibited. If we suspect a user is under 18, we may terminate access immediately.
3 Your content
- You represent that every image you upload is a photo of yourself or a person who has explicitly consented to be used in AI-generated derivative works.
- You will not upload images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or content depicting real crimes.
- You are solely responsible for how you use the generated results. Public distribution, monetization or impersonation may violate local laws — you are on your own.
4 Prohibited content
The Service will refuse or filter attempts to generate: content involving minors, real identifiable persons without consent, extreme graphic violence, or content directly designed to defame, harass, or blackmail.
5 Payments
Payments are processed via Telegram Stars. Tokens and Premium subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Delivery is instant upon successful payment.
6 Availability
The Service is offered "as is" without any warranty. We may throttle, pause, or terminate the Service for maintenance, abuse, or business reasons.
7 Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudora's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9 Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
